Special bus services
Ravensthorpe Nickel Operation is approximately a 30-minute drive from Hopetoun and Ravensthorpe towns. Buses run daily in the morning and afternoon from Hopetoun, or you can drive to site.
Transport to site from Albany and Esperance will be available based on roster needs. Esperance is around 90 minutes (150km) to the east of Ravensthorpe Nickel Operation. Albany is about three-and-a-half hours (330km) by road to the west.
FIFO
RNO runs flights on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from Terminal 2, near Perth International Airport (Virgin Australia Regional Airlines and REX Airlines) to Ravensthorpe Airport.
Additional flights may be added in the future if the need arises.
Living locally
Rex (Regional Express) operates daily flights between Perth and Esperance (flight time 1 hour 40 minutes) and between Perth and Albany (flight time 1 hour 10 minutes). For more information see the Rex website.
On request during flights, taxis can be arranged to transport passengers from Esperance and Albany airports to town. Hire cars are also available at the airports.
